The summary of the Banking System’s 2013 Social Responsibility and Sustainability
Report presents the most relevant results of the economic, social and environmental
actions and programs completed from January to December 2013. For the fifth year
running, the Report uses the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) version
3.1 of the Guide for the Preparation of Sustainability Reports. To determine the contents
of the Report, we conducted a Materiality Analysis based on the relevant public aspects
and the expectations and concerns of the various stakeholders that form part of the
Association of Mexican Banks (Asociación de Bancos de México).
